Capital Markets Associate

International and top 200 AmLaw firm is seeking an associate to join its Capital Markets Group in either of their Boston or New York office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience representing corporate issuers and major investment banks in all aspects of equity capital markets financings, advising clients on compliance and corporate governance issues, and strategic mergers and acquisitions transactions. Candidates must also have superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and client service skills, and the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent is required and experience working at a large law firm is preferred.
