Job Description
Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Denver office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys high-stakes litigation and wants to build a management-side employment practice within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.
About the RoleThe hiring firm is seeking an attorney with:
3–6 years of solid litigation experience
Labor & employment law experience (preferred but not strictly required for standout litigators)
Excellent academic credentials
Active Colorado Bar admission (required)
You’ll handle a range of employment-related disputes for employer clients—from fast-growing companies to large, established organizations—within a collaborative, litigation-focused team.
Compensation (Colorado)Pursuant to Colorado regulation, the annual salary range for this position is:
$195,000 – $245,000
This role also includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Starting pay within the range will depend on:
Experience and skill set
Education and training
Market/geo considerations
Other relevant qualifications
