Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Denver office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys high-stakes litigation and wants to build a management-side employment practice within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.

About the Role

The hiring firm is seeking an attorney with:

  • 3–6 years of solid litigation experience

  • Labor & employment law experience (preferred but not strictly required for standout litigators)

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Active Colorado Bar admission (required)

You’ll handle a range of employment-related disputes for employer clients—from fast-growing companies to large, established organizations—within a collaborative, litigation-focused team.

Compensation (Colorado)

Pursuant to Colorado regulation, the annual salary range for this position is:

$195,000 – $245,000

This role also includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Starting pay within the range will depend on:

  • Experience and skill set

  • Education and training

  • Market/geo considerations

  • Other relevant qualifications
