Physical Therapist Opportunity

Location: Kent, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient practice and provide practical, individualized care to patients working through pain, injury, and mobility challenges. The role centers on evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on therapy, and patient education. With one patient per hour, you’ll be able to stay focused on care quality and progress from visit to visit.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new patients and identify treatment priorities
• Establish personalized therapy plans with clear goals
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and manual treatment
• Document progress and complete re-evaluations as needed
• Teach patients how to continue progress between visits
• Communicate with the care team about treatment updates
• Support safe, effective recovery throughout the plan of care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
