LPN Staff Nurse - Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN

Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility.

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards

$32.00 - $39.42 per hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience, shift selection, and benefit choices. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly rates.

• Active State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong communication and clinical skills
