Corporate Associate

National law firm is seeking to add a Corporate Associate to its busy and thriving DSO Practice Group in Dallas. The group represents clients nationally in the healthcare sector in a wide variety of deals - finance, mergers, acquisitions, private equity, technology, and commercial transactions. Associates in this position should have 3-5 years experience working on M&A deals, corporate transactions and some finance experience. This associate will focus on negotiating and documenting various transactions involving healthcare clients across the country. Associates in this group work directly with clients and are rewarded for furthering client relationships. Great attitude, strong work ethic, willing to dedicate time to learn the DSO niche practice.
