Corporate M&A Associate

Am Law top 100 and ranked a Top 10 M&A firm across all industries is seeking a mid-to-senior level corporate associate to join its M&A practice group.

The ideal candidates must have 3+ years of corporate associate with substantial M&A experience. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive. WA bar preferred, but not required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
