Capital Home Health Care LLC is a small, growing company committed to providing exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis!

Looking for evening, overnight, and weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with their care plans
  
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  
  
• Monitor and document client health status and progress
  
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  
  
• Educate clients and their families on health management and preventive care
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
