You'll provide essential speech, language, voice, and swallowing therapy to residents in a 4-star rated skilled nursing facility located in the scenic Southern Tier of New York. Your Day-to-Day
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs
  • Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care
  • Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and communicate with families about resident progress
  • Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
  • Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
  • Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
What We're Looking For
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current New York State license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA CCC preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and dedication to resident-centered care
