Job Summary:
As an LPN on the Behavioral Science Unit, you will:

• Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision

• Assist with medication administration and treatment

• Monitor and document patient status and behavior

• Support therapeutic interventions in a structured inpatient setting

• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program

• Current NYS LPN License (or eligibility to obtain)

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

• Strong communication, observation, and patient care skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, move, and assist patients of varying sizes

• Frequent standing, walking, and physical activity required
