First Party Property Attorney (308/o)

A well-established law firm is seeking a First Party Property Associate Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role offers an opportunity to work on property damage claims, including cases involving sinkhole damage, water damage, wind damage, fire damage, and other property-related disputes across Florida. The ideal candidate is a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their litigation skills.Key Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
