Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN | Team-Based Care

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while supporting a collaborative team environment focused on resident comfort, dignity, and clinical excellence. Our nurses play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with residents and ensuring consistent, high-quality care.

$32.00 - $39.42 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Final rate is based on experience and benefit selections.
