Title:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location:  Mt. View Rural Health Clinic; Knott County; Emmalena, KY

Job duties, include, but are not limited to:  Provide behavioral health assessments and clinical services in a rural health clinic setting, completion of service documentation in electronic health record.

Requirements:  Valid Kentucky LCSW licensure
