Tig Welder

This position involves TIG welding materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and cast iron. The role requires reading blueprints and technical drawings, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring precise layout, fitting, and alignment of components. The welder must also assist teammates, maintain a clean work area, and demonstrate strong knowledge of welding fundamentals and materials.

Operating from a 65,000-square-foot facility, they manage all aspects of production, from engineering to custom machining. The base pay range for this position is $24-$27/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
