Job Description
Marshall Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on, resident-centered occupational therapy at a leading skilled nursing facility.
Your Daily Impact:
- Carry out personalized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists, guiding residents in rebuilding skills for self-care, dressing, grooming, eating, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).

- Track and document resident progress, report observations to the supervising OT, educate residents and families on techniques and tools for home success, and adapt activities to meet individual needs; all while fostering positive, empowering relationships.
Why Therapists Love Working with Us:
- Work within a collaborative therapy team where your frontline insights and contributions help refine care approaches and influence team decisions.
- Gain access to continuous training, mentorship, and growth resources to sharpen your expertise in geriatric and long-term care occupational therapy.
- Feel the profound reward of supporting older adults in regaining meaningful independence and quality of life in skilled nursing, with a consistent full-time schedule in a supportive environment.
