Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will handle cases from initial intake through trial, providing strategic guidance and representation to clients. You will be responsible for legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related documents
  
  
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  
  
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  
  
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
  
  
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding, and reviewing documents
  
  
• Negotiate settlements and provide clients with informed legal advice
  
  
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  
  
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  
  
• 2+ years of litigation experience
  
  
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, litigation strategy, and court rules
  
  
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
