Clinical Operations Lead / Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN YO003

Vivo Health Staff is looking for a ​​​​​ Clinical Operations Lead (LVN) in Bay Area for a Full-time and Permanent position.

What we're looking for:

• Clinical experience: 3+ years of clinical experience
• Management experience: 2+ years of management experience
• Clinical skills: vitals, phlebotomy, wound care, injections, POC testing, EKG, catheter care, etc.
• Back office skills: Back office experience: prior authorizations, obtaining medical records, gathering medical history and context via phone calls, patient scheduling, managing referrals, etc.
• Service excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide delightful and efficient customer service
• Commitment to support and encourage our most vulnerable seniors to their full potential
  • Bonus: Experience working with the geriatric population

Qualifications and requirements

• Certification/Licenses Required:
  • Clinical qualification: LVN (with current CA state license)
• Education and clinical experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Deep understanding of clinical and back office experience in a primary care setting
• Valid State Driver's License with a clean DMV record. Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required.
