• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and support rehab staff as Director
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Louisiana
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
