Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is is seeking an associate to join their Corporate, Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team.

Key responsibilities

Qualified candidates should have experience with equity and debt offerings and U.S. security offerings. Successful applicant will be asked to advise companies and investments banks on complex capital markets transactions, compliance with securities laws and regulations, strategic transactions and corporate governance matters. Complex M&A experience is also useful.
