Pay: $28.00 – $32.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)Current Case Opportunity:

Foster Home Setting – DeFuniak Springs, FL

• 2 clients in the home

• $5 additional per hour per additional client

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized 1:1 home care to pediatric and/or adult clients

• Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice

• Follow individualized Plans of Care and physician orders

• Accurately document care and patient progress

• Educate and support patients and families
