Am Law top 50 firm which is consistently ranked among the leading law firms is looking for an associate to join their Mergers and Acquisitions practice.

The ideal candidate must have 1-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required.
