Structural Welders Needed in West Tulsa!

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team. This role is responsible for welding structural steel components used in large-scale fabrication projects while ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with specifications. Candidates must be proficient in structural welding processes and capable of working from blueprints and weld symbols.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and weld symbols
• Perform structural welds on beams, columns, and other steel components
• Utilize Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding processes
• Ensure welds meet structural codes and quality standards
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure structural integrity
• Maintain proper alignment and fit-up of structural components
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a structural welder or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Stick, MIG, and Flux-Core welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings
• Knowledge of weld symbols and structural welding techniques
• Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with heavy structural steel
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18–$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Workweek: 6 days per week (overtime required)
