Buchanan Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Pocomoke City, MD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop sales strategies and goals
• Provide training and guidance to sales staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales
• Proven track record of success in sales management
