As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our promotional products and screen-printing services. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, addressing issues efficiently, and liaising with internal teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of products.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to address product specifications and timelines.
• Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within specified timeframes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Handle and document customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  
• Upsell clients on orders by developing an understanding of their needs.

• Previous experience in a customer service or inside sales role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to handle client relationships effectively.
• Detail-oriented and have a capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.

• $65,000 - $75,000 annually

• Full-time in-person position
• Monday-Friday | 9 AM-5 PM
• Based in Doral, Florida
