Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) – Outpatient

We are seeking a licensed LCPC or LCSW-C to join us at the ground level.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys both direct client care and helping build something meaningful. The ideal candidate has experience in outpatient therapy, group facilitation, and is energized by contributing to program development and start-up support.

This role offers the chance to shape programming, collaborate closely with leadership, and help establish a warm, high-quality clinical culture from the beginning.
