Pay Rate: $36.18 – $38.43 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem, Full Time and Part Time Available

The Osborn, a premier senior living community located in Rye, NY, is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor and document resident conditions, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician

• Support ADLs and promote resident comfort and dignity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LPN license in the state of New York

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed
