Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven leadership ability

• Bachelors degree in related technical field and 5+ years equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of working with customer drawings

• Good oral & written communication skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Decision making skills

• Experience working in automotive industry

• Experience with ISO9001\QS9000\TS16949

• Good customer relations

• Experience w/ calibration requirements

• Experience with product testing

• Root cause analysis skills

• Experience with capability studies

• Experience with Control Plans & PPAP’s

• Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

Maintain customer specified documentation and perform product readiness reviews as required.

Maintain company specified documentation as required.

Negotiate questionable product with customer

Sort at customer when needed

Travel to customers, as needed and on short notice

Perform other assigned activities as necessary

Ensure EMS/QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties

Able to negotiate effectively with customer (PPM)
