Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a highly qualified Capital Markets Associate to join its team.

Practice Area: Capital Markets
Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years

Qualifications:

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Admission to the California Bar
