Capital Markets Associate

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is seeking an associate to join their Capital Markets practice group in their New York, Washington, DC, Dallas, Chicago or California offices.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of Securities and M&A experience and will have experience advising a public companies and underwriters on financing (public and private offerings) and ongoing SEC filing matters, as well as M&A related matters.

Candidates must be admitted in the state of their preferred location.
