Litigation Associate

Well respected Houston firm wants to add an experienced Litigation Attorney to its team. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience including trial work and be capable of working every stage and aspect of a case. Attorneys will represent both plaintiffs and defendants in business and municipal litigation including contract disputes, investment partnership disputes, trade secret and unfair competition disputes, oil and gas disputes, construction disputes, governmental disputes, and other matters in state and federal trial, appellate courts, arbitration proceedings and at the negotiating table.
