Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking talented Metal Fabricators to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of drawings, schematics, and blueprints to work from to fabricate products and fixtures. They will be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday.
- TIG welding of nonferrous alloys: brass, aluminum, etc. for furniture building.
- Providing assistance with manual machining & milling.
- Performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality.
- Understanding and using PPE
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a production environment
- Proven track record with hand tools, power tools, and typical shop equipment (band saw, drill press, grinding/sanding machines, etc.)
- 3-5 years of MIG & TIG welding on steel required (16 gauge-quarter inch thicknes)
- Highly advanced in interpreting blueprints and drawings.
- Consistent attention to detail; ensuring highest quality of finished products and minimal rework.
- Experience with furniture building, architectural elements, or mechanic work (or similar field) required.
