Job Description
Staffing Proxy is partnering with Duncan Regional Hospital (DRH) to find a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join their growing team. DRH is a non-profit, community hospital that blends high-quality care with small-town values. While this is a hospital setting, the environment is cohesive and collaborative; leadership is present, the CEO is deeply involved with providers, and everyone shares the same goal: to improve access to care for their rural community.
This role is a great fit for someone who's clinically strong and genuinely invested in rural healthcare. If you're looking to grow with a supportive team, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in the community, this could be the right opportunity.
- Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for patients of all ages, including pediatric assessments
- Perform tympanometry, speech, visual reinforcement pure tone audiometry, and ABR testing for newborns and young children
- Fit, adjust, and manage hearing aids
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families
- Support patients with tinnitus through evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for coordinated patient care
What You'll Love:
- Working in a hospital where your voice is heard and leadership is accessible
- Being part of a team that's growing, with a brand new audiology space on the horizon
- Making a lasting impact in a rural community where your work truly matters
Benefits Highlights:
- Comprehensive health insurance (for employees and dependents)
- Generous PTO and paid holidays
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
- Relocation assistance
- Licensure and malpractice coverage
- Eligible for student loan repayment assistance up to $250,000 (requires a 5-year commitment)
- Access to continued education and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology) from an accredited program
- Active Oklahoma audiology license (or eligibility)
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Genuine commitment to patient care and rural health
- Interest in becoming part of a close-knit team and community
