Mixed Staffing and Recruiting is hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs for private duty nursing cases in home and community settings.
In this role, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile, disabled, post-surgical, and ventilator-dependent clients.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Skilled nursing assessments
- Wound care
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- G-tube feedings
- IV therapy
- ADL support
- Patient and family education
- Accurate charting and MAR completion
- HIPAA-compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Home health, hospice, hospital, or private duty experience preferred
- Trach, vent, and G-tube experience a plus
