Intellectual Property Transactions Associate

Top Am Law 50 Law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join their Intellectual Property Transactions (IPT) Group in Boston.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant practice experience working at a multi-office law firm and the desire to apply their legal expertise to the firm's highly sophisticated practice. Strong drafting capabilities is preferred. Candidates must also have superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent is required and experience working at a large law firm is preferred.
