Physical Therapist Assistant

Description:

ACT Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team in the Naples, FL area. Home Health experience is preferred but will consider candidates without experience if the meet certain qualifications. Training is available for those without experience and will be held in North Port, Florida. The documentation system used is Pointcare (HCHB) and will require an Android based tablet.

Pay is a flat rate $50/visit for this 1099 position.

Requirements:

Active CPR Certification (Taken in person)

Florida Drivers License

Auto Insurance

Florida PTA License

1 Step TB screen or chest xray within the past year

Alzheimer's course approved by DOEA

AIDS/HIV course (3 hours)
