Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play-based learning.

No prior experience is required. We will train you, pay you, and help you earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in about 2 weeks.

• Work directly with children in their homes and community settings
• Use play and structured activities to support learning and development
• Follow simple, step-by-step plans created by a supervisor
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful milestones

• Those interested in education, psychology, or healthcare
• Future teachers, therapists, or BCBAs
• Anyone looking for purposeful, hands-on work

• Afternoon and evening availability preferred (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Must be able to commit to training and 6 months min working with your client
• Some daytime cases available
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

• $22–$30/hour
• Weekly pay
• Paid training + certification (completed in ~2 weeks)
• Ongoing support from experienced supervisors
• Learn directly from master’s-level clinicians in behavior science

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must obtain CPR certification
• Reliable transportation required
