TDL Staffing is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric-focused therapy team in Fairbanks. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children and families and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive environment focused on meaningful progress.
This role is primarily full-time, with flexibility to consider part-time arrangements for the right candidate. The team values consistency, strong relationships with families, and a thoughtful, child-centered approach to therapy.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs. The role includes completing documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, and participating in family- and community-centered activities. Some light non-clinical responsibilities, such as maintaining therapy spaces and materials, are also part of the position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Alaska licensure (or ability to obtain)
- For SLPs: CCC certification required
- Specialty training preferred (OT: NDT, SI | SLP: AAC, PECS, Hanen)
