Christian Sitters, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality care to clients in Jackson, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Provide in-home physical therapy services
  
  
• Document progress and outcomes accurately
  
  
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient care
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active PT license in the state of Mississippi
  
  
• Home health experience preferred
  
  
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Reliable and professional
  
  

Location: Jackson, MS
