Position Title: LPN needed for our LTC

Location:Meeker, CO 81641

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)

Compensation Details:
Gross Hourly Pay Rate (as per 36 hours weekly): $1584/ weekly
Split OF $1584 will be as below:

• Taxable W2: $533/ Weekly
• Non- Taxable (Per Diem/Stipend): $1051/ weekly

CERTS: ** MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO State License

EXPERIENCE:

• LTC experience required
• MDS Experience preferred

HOUSING: SHARED Housing Available * The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable.
