Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

• Assisting individual sales consultants to close sales with a professional appearance.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)

• Valid state driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the new car sales department.
• Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals.
• Respond to all leads received in a timely fashion.
• Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.
• Helping sales team to train and develop new talent for success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
