What You’ll Do

  • Design, program, and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for high‑speed manufacturing equipment

  • Implement machine data collection for predictive diagnostics, downtime reduction, and performance optimization

  • Integrate servos, robotics, sensors, vision systems, and OEM automation modules

  • Support Edge, SCADA, MES, and historian connectivity for Smart Factory environments

  • Participate in global commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation

  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, R&D, manufacturing, and service teams

  • Support automation projects ranging from $500K–$2M


What You Bring

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or electrical controls engineering

  • Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell / Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems

  • Siemens controls experience a plus

  • Experience commissioning high‑speed manufacturing or packaging equipment

  • Familiarity with Smart Factory systems (MES, OEE, IIoT, historians)

  • Knowledge of industrial networks and protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC‑UA, MQTT)

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
