What You’ll Do
Design, program, and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for high‑speed manufacturing equipment
Implement machine data collection for predictive diagnostics, downtime reduction, and performance optimization
Integrate servos, robotics, sensors, vision systems, and OEM automation modules
Support Edge, SCADA, MES, and historian connectivity for Smart Factory environments
Participate in global commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, R&D, manufacturing, and service teams
Support automation projects ranging from $500K–$2M
What You Bring
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or related field
5+ years of experience in industrial automation or electrical controls engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell / Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Siemens controls experience a plus
Experience commissioning high‑speed manufacturing or packaging equipment
Familiarity with Smart Factory systems (MES, OEE, IIoT, historians)
Knowledge of industrial networks and protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC‑UA, MQTT)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
