Facility Type: Basic Care

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Shift/Schedule: 2p-10p, 32-40hrs per week

Estimated Weekly Gross Wages with Reimbursements $1472-$1840

Additional Details:

LPN needed for 32-40 hours per week.

*6 months of experience is preferred

*Provide exceptional care to residents while following facility protocols
