Deramo Orthopaedics is a small, boutique orthopedic practice located in West New York, NJ.
We provide personalized, high-quality orthopedic care in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Our practice is growing, with plans to expand into Northern New Jersey in the near future, and we are excited to welcome a Physician Assistant who wants to grow with us.

Position Overview:
The Orthopedic Physician Assistant will work closely with the supervising orthopedic surgeon in both the office and surgical settings, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care while maintaining work-life balance.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions
  Assist in orthopedic surgeries (shoulder, hip, knee arthroscopy)
  Order and interpret imaging studies
  Prescribe medications and treatment plans
  Post-operative care and rehabilitation guidance
  Perform injections, PRP treatments, wound care, and suturing
  Collaborate with healthcare staff
• Interest in: Integrative & Functional Wellness ( We are looking to expand the practice to include an Integrative & Functional Health program in the near future)
  
  

Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NJ PA license, DEA, NPI
ACLS certification
Orthopedic experience as a surgical assistant preferred
Spanish speaking a plus

*Interest in Integrative & Functional Health is also a plus*

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $105,000 $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
