For nearly 20 years, we've specialized in supporting early-career and seasoned clinicians as they step into real-world practice. Our Sanctuary Model was built from the ground up to prevent burnout before it starts; and to make clinical excellence feel accessible, not exhausting.

We're now expanding into schools in Bridgeport, CT and the surrounding region, and we're looking for Clinical Fellows and SLP-As who are ready to begin their careers somewhere that actually invests in them.
