Estate Planning
- Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including Wills, Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills
- Advise clients on tailored estate planning strategies
- Prepare deeds, beneficiary designations, and supporting documentation to implement plans
Estate Administration and Probate
- Manage estates and trusts from inception through final distribution
- Draft and review probate and trust administration documents
- Conduct legal research on estate and probate matters
- Prepare and review Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns
- Prepare and review Fiduciary Income Tax Returns
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Active Pennsylvania Attorney License
- Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic legal environment
