Metals Fabricator (Stainless, Aluminum & Ferrous Support)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced metal fabricator with strong expertise in stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. This individual will also assist in our ferrous metal shop as needed to support production demands. Due to significant growth and a strong project pipeline, we are expanding our team to meet production timelines and maintain our commitment to quality and turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous components
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Perform cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, and finishing
• Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
• Assist in ferrous metal fabrication projects as required
• Collaborate with shop supervisors and team members to improve workflow

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in metal fabrication
• Strong experience with stainless steel and aluminum
• MIG/TIG welding experience (TIG preferred for stainless/aluminum)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced shop environment
