2nd Shift Opportunities | Full-Time & Part-Time | 3p–11p

Hope Network’s Neurological Rehabilitation program in Grand Rapids provides a supportive residential environment for individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. As a Neuro Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in helping clients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

This is an excellent entry-level healthcare opportunity—all training is provided.

Available Schedules
  • Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call

  • Every other weekend required

  • High-need shifts:

    • 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm

    • 3rd Shift: 11pm–7am

What You’ll DoPersonal Care Support
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime needs

  • Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

Medical Support (Training Provided)
  • Monitor vital signs

  • Assist with mobility exercises

  • Support medication management

  • Provide basic wound, catheter, and colostomy care

Therapeutic & Daily Activity Support
  • Facilitate PT/OT exercises as directed by therapists

  • Transport clients to appointments

  • Document progress and observations

Emotional & Motivational Support
  • Build trusting relationships

  • Encourage independence and engagement

  • Promote a positive, healing environment

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations
  • Basic computer skills
