This role will be a key leader in expanding our agencys Life & Financial Services production while ensuring the sales team consistently executes the behaviors that drive long-term success.

Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead daily and weekly sales meetings focused on activity, performance, and improvement
Monitor team activity including outbound calls, quotes, follow-ups, and referrals
Hold team members accountable to defined daily and weekly production standards
Maintain a positive and high-performance team environment
Producer Development
Provide consistent coaching to improve quoting, coverage knowledge, and closing ability
Conduct role-play sessions and sales skill training
Identify strengths and development opportunities for each team member
Life & Financial Services Leadership
Personally produce Life & Financial Services business
Lead by example in protection planning and Life conversations with customers
Train and coach team members to identify and close Life opportunities
Help integrate Life conversations into everyday sales activity
Performance Management
Track agency production metrics and scorecard performance
Monitor quoting activity, close ratios, and sales pipeline
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and results
Work with Agent to implement process improvements
Operational Leadership
Ensure our sales systems and processes are executed consistently
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
Maintain strong organization and communication across multiple offices
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 $75,000
Performance Incentives: $40,000 $75,000+
Total earning potential $100,000 $150,000+ based on agency production and performance.
Qualifications
Sales leadership, coaching, or team management experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized and comfortable working with performance metrics
Ability to motivate and develop individuals with different levels of experience
Insurance or financial services experience helpful but not required
Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
Series 6/63/65 license preferred or willingness to obtain
