- 5+ years of complex California Trust and Estate Litigation matters, including Will/Trust Contests, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and contested Conservatorship proceedings.

- Exceptional proficiency in drafting a wide array of estate planning and trust administration documents, including meticulous preparation of asset lists, financial record analysis, and detailed identification of asset character and title.

- Proven courtroom advocate prepared for and attended court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

- Good standing with California bar
