Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills)
• Overtime available
• Full-time, steady hours
• Clear path to grow into mid-level and advanced trailer technician roles

What You’ll Learn & Do
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced trailer technicians who will train you in:

• Basic trailer maintenance and inspections
• Brake adjustments and component replacement
• Lighting and basic electrical repairs
• Landing gear service
• Door, hinge, and panel repairs
• Tire work and wheel-end basics
• Safe shop practices
• Proper use of tools and equipment
