Synergy Care is looking for Physical Therapist Assistant to work PRN at an Assisted Living Community in Del City, Oklahoma.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
